Roles and Responsibilities:

What you can expect:

You will be expected to set up & run CNC Milling machines with multiple axis

With proficiency, using various inspection equipment, processes and practices, you will inspect all work performed and detect unusual conditions, defective materials, and defective parts.

You will be expected to follow detailed work instructions and recognize errors in blueprints, operation sheets and other written instructions.

You will participate in the planning of work and resolving problems within the Cell using team skills and experience.

You will positively contribute to the teamwork environment in terms of productivity, cooperation, data collection, and attitude.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma, or equivalent

At least 6 months experience in a machine shop as an operator, machinist, or Deburr Technician; preferably using CNC Mill Machines

In accordance with strict Federal Aviation Administration (F.A.A.) regulations regarding Safety Sensitive Work (S.S.W.), employee enrollment & participation in the company’s "F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program" is a requirement for this position.

Additional Requirements:

Experience using CNC Mill machines with multiple axis is preferred.

A demonstrated ability to use shop math, work from charts, tables, drawings, blueprints, operation sheets, and verbal instructions.

A demonstrated ability to use adjustable measuring instruments much as micrometers, calipers, height stands and multiple other measuring devices.

Capable of continuous mental and visual attention on typically repetitive work or diversified operations requiring constant alertness or activity.

Physical effort consists of lifting or moving light weights frequently, average weight occasionally and heavy weight rarely.

Ability to perform diversified operations following standard procedures.

Use judgment to plan, perform and make decisions to support production goals within the cell.

Ability to work overtime, Saturday/Sunday as required to meet production goals.

Must be able to work off shift hours at times.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $25.00-29.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
