Responsibilities:
- This laboratory chemist position is in an application laboratory where the primary scope of work consists of aiding the development of polymer dispersions while supporting manufacturing.
- Preparation of solutions, mixtures, and compounds
- Mechanical testing
- Chemical analysis
- Conduct some patent research. Will mostly provide support to the R&D group while. Will also provide customer related support as well as plant QA validation support.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s in Chemistry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry required
- 3 years of laboratory experience, familiar with pH measurement, safe laboratory practices, and organic or polymer chemistry.
- Experience with technical documentation and chemical literature desired.
- Must have basic knowledge of chemical handling and chemical storage.

Pay Rate: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
