Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Field Biology Research intern program is designed to give a broad based exposure to the day-to-day activities of a research program.

  • Interns in the program will be expected to participate in all aspects of the research center activities including planting, plot maintenance, harvesting and could travel to other locations to help on specific field related tasks.

The individual will be involved with field plot research, planting, plot establishment and maintenance. Farm background beneficial.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelors

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the Agriculture Industry

  • Must have field research and field equipment knowledge.

  • Valid Driver’s License

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $ 23.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
