Support Global Logistics Strategy Manager and team across a variety of activities, as outlined in Job Description.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Organizes and supports activities for a program, department or initiative. Performs administrative tasks in support of effort. Ensures coordination of activities across departments and or individuals. Provides general meeting support and schedule coordination. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position. Can potentially supervise others, is expert in the field and have extensive experience in this area of work.
Scope of Work specific to this Assignment: - Support governance meetings and interfaces with internal partners - Drafting effective language to incorporate decisions / guidance into Operating Manuals and similar - Administer Global Logistics portfolio process and tool (Smartsheet) as the power user. Identify and advocate for common practices that drive visibility, prioritization and support the Global VP with decision making. Drive data integrity, clarity and consistency across Global Logistics teams. Collaborate across teams on best practices. - Coordination and consolidation of inputs for strategy reviews in support of the VP (e.g. SCLT Strategic Priorities Review, Annual Learning Review, etc.) - Administer Supplier Relationship Management framework and maintain overall program health. Follow-up proactively on status of requirements from relationship owners. Identify and collaborate on areas of continuous improvement and providing contacts or guidance where required. - Maintain visibility to identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs ) and coordinate benchmarking activities, working closely with our performance management team. - Support alignment and effective delivery of global communications (e.g. offsites, forums, leadership meetings, communications/newsletters, etc.) - Knowledge management, SharePoint repositories and similar - Various other activities as required related to Global Logistics Process ownership, Data requirements, Digital Roadmap, studies and Capability development
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
College degree in related field or High School Diploma with at least 5 years of related experience.
Prior experience (at least 5 years) with project management software is a strong asset (e.g. SmartSheet) Prior experience in roles overseeing contracts or supplier performance is preferred (to support Supplier Relationship Management program) Prior experience with SharePoint design and administration would be an asset Prior experience in Supply Chain roles or similar, would be an asset

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Please Note:
Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
