This Executive Administrative Assistant position will report to the Aerospace Group VP of Human Resources and will support different Group Staff functional leaders. In addition, this role will have Company Integration support responsibilities under the direction of the VP of Human Resources.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the Group President and his/her staff Follows policies and procedures as administered by the corporation. Assists with the preparation of monthly expense reports Prepares financial, statistical, narrative and/or other reports as requested Prepares PowerPoint presentations Independently composes reports and correspondence Records and transcribes minutes of meetings Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality Ability to complete a large number of varied tasks expeditiously Schedule and arrange rooms, catering, etc., for inter-departmental and outside meetings Arrange travel and hotel reservations Maintain calendar(s) of appointments Prioritize, distribute and route mail May draft response correspondence for supervisor’s review Maintain files Back-up for other administrative assistants as needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Exceptional project management skills Clear verbal and written communication capabilities Pro-active engagement with calendars, travel, event arrangements, etc. Ability to manage multiple initiatives with a high sense of urgency Takes ownership of responsibilities and is accountable for their delivery
Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $30.00-$32.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
