Perform various complex precision assembly and preparation operations on a wide variety of complex electro-mechanical components, assemblies and systems. Assembly activity utilizes a variety of mechanical and electronic measurement equipment (force gages, oscilloscopes, digital multi-meter) and specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging and torque mechanisms (dial, click & preset) to obtain desired build requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The individual is required to work from drawings, work instructions, parts lists or other instruction and provide detailed written communication defining performance results and/or situational circumstances. It is also required that the assembler have a working knowledge of the products to perform diagnostic rework (or trouble-shooting) on units which do not meet test requirements. Required to work on repairs normally run with production units.

Test operations include setting up and performing operational tests of finished products on high precision test stands. This activity requires the use of electronic test equipment, fixtures and tools to obtain desired performance results. The positions are required to diagnose test failures and assess hardware condition to provide recommended rework instruction and configuration changes to achieve desired results.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Candidate should possess computer literacy skills. The individual will be responsible for using company computer hardware & software for the following:

Answer questions & provide status updates via email
Complete required online training classes
Access drawings, work instructions & test procedures via company Intra-net
Familiar with Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)

+2 year of mechanical troubleshooting/repair experience preferred (Auto-motive Technician, Small Engine Mechanic, Appliance Repair Technician, etc.)

Education: HS Diploma / GED

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $19.00-20.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
