***System Integration and HPC Linux Admin***

The selected candidate will be an active member of the DC-MLS® Deployment Integration and Administrators team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing DevSecOps support to the High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems and users. This IT professional will ensure that the LM HPC systems are built, managed, controlled, and compliant with the appropriate governance requirements like the Corporate Information Protection Manuals (CIPM) the Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Roles and Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will perform system and application upgrades, operations and maintenance tasks, hardware and software installations, domain account management, incident resolutions and service request implementations. This IT Professional will assist customers with technical problems and issues, create and implement automated processes, and operate within the Agile organizational construct. This Multi-Function Systems Analyst will ensure that all assets and software are properly accounted, managed, and controlled.

This position requires occasional off-shift hours and weekend work, 7x24 on-call rotation, and occasional travel, the location is Valley Forge PA


Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple Linux Operating Systems (RHEL/CentOS 7.x/8.x, Ubuntu 16.04/18.04)
• Experience managing daily server operations (IT security & compliance, configuration management, security patch management methodologies, etc.)
• Experience with Scripting, Automation, and Programming (i.e., Perl, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, parallel programming etc.)
• Experience with Application administration (i.e. installation, upgrade, problem resolution, license management, and health monitoring)
• Experience with operating systems life cycle management and configuration management (i.e., Installation/Upgrades, System Imaging, Account Management, Active Directory Domain Services, Performance Monitoring, etc.)
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT certification (i.e. Security+, CISSP, or CASP)

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SE Linux
• Experience with debugging issues with the Linux kernel including examining source code and using tools such a crash and systemtap
• Experience with High Performance Computing systems (Penguin, Panasas, etc.)
• Experience with Infiniband or Omni-Path high speed fabrics, including subnet management, IPoIB and/or IPoOPA mechanisms, fabric topology and health monitoring and integration with MPI
• Experience with Windows server operating systems (i.e. 2012, 2016, 2019)
• Experience with Network Protocols (i.e., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc.)
• Experience with Storage Administration (i.e. NetApp, EMC, NetBackup, Panasas)
• Experience with Agile Methodology and DevOps Practices with Related Tools (Jira/Confluence/BitBucket, Git/GitLab, etc)
• Experience with LDAP and DNS
• Familiarity with Hardware and Modernization

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $80.00-110.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
