**On-Site** This position is for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Facilities Maintenance Service Desk.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The CSR will be responsible for receiving, processing, and completing Facilities Maintenance requests as well as generating and distributing/dispatching the work requests to the appropriate persons/site. Responsibilities also include filing, system updates, and additional duties as assigned. Shift is 7:00am-3:30pm, with need for flexibility to cover start or late day shifts.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Basic Qualifications and Required Education: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service Experience • Experience with Windows based applications (word, excel, power point) • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a customer service environment • Positive and professional, tactful, courteous and diplomatic • Capable of handling difficult situations and client/customer complaints • Ability to learn and perform required duties on Management software • Ability to read and comprehend Company Materials

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $20.00-22.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:
Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
