Roles and Responsibilities

The RPO Recruiter will be performing duties including sourcing candidates from various job boards and media sites, conducting phone screens/interviews, and submitting candidates to the internal recruiters for review and submittal to hiring managers. The RPO Recruiter will also track necessary updates in Taleo regarding sourcing efforts, interviews, etc.

Responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting and staffing services to hiring managers and the company. Successful candidate will deliver high quality professional level candidates and advance the SCE brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. The successful candidate will perform full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, posting jobs, candidate screening, extending offers, and assisting with workforce planning activities, and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large Also responsible for applying HR policies and procedures. May provide some policy interpretation to hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must have experience performing full lifecycle recruitment activities.
Five years’ experience with recruiting, online and offline candidate sourcing, and selection.
Demonstrated experience consulting with clients; facilitating discussions regarding recruiting and selection; ensuring that decisions adhere to corporate policies, guidelines, and requirements.
Demonstrated experience networking and building relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a strong network of experts.
Demonstrated experience developing staffing options and presenting information based on the business strategy and needs.
Demonstrated experience utilizing applicant tracking software.
Demonstrated experience negotiating job offers and managing overall selection process.
Must demonstrate broad knowledge of the Human Resources discipline and applicable state/federal laws and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to maintain the confidentiality of information and identities.
Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
Must demonstrate the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Must demonstrate effective resource planning, results delivery, and staying current with relevant technology and innovation.
Must demonstrate strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.

Preferred:

Experience with Taleo applicant tracking system.
Experience as a recruiter for a large company.
Experience in or familiarity with a regulated environment.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state-required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
