Scope:

The client has launched an exciting and progressive Race and Ethnicity ambition to create an inclusive work environment for both our current employees and to attract underrepresented talent. We are looking for a project coordinator to join our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion team, who will provide technical and administrative support for this ambition. The Project Coordinator will work closely with a variety of teams and people leaders across the region to define project scope and organize project teams according to requirements. Further specific duties include:

    • Supporting the Americas EDI lead with executing a phased approach to launch the ambition
    • Assisting with operationalizing events hosted by campus recruitment and other new initiatives
    • Develop PPTs, drafts communications, templates (i.e., reporting scorecards for departments) and resources
    • Connect with clients Americas (internal ERGs) members to various recruitment opportunities via Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruitment
    • Provide administrative/event support to clients Americas leaders
    • Assist the Americas EDI lead with all technical aspects of EDI projects

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $23-34 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Contract Term:

3 month with possible 3 month extension and possible permanent offer

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

    • Excellent organization and co-ordination skills
    • Professional and confident communication abilities
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    • Ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage conflicting priorities
    • Comfortable chasing and coordinating input from multiple teams
    • Proactive approach to problem solving
