Maximo Auditor Role
65%- Researches and works on defect report for items that did not roll electronically from Track to Maximo. Manually keys any items that need to be processed. Runs TS300 reports to review for variances between Track and Maximo. Reports any issues to Chevron Team Lead so that they can get resolution. Save documentation in retention repository for corporate audit purposes.
15%- Process new hire information for all vendors in a designated refinery. Creating profiles for all new equipment that vendors submit. Work closely with auditors on our team and admins for vendors regarding all exception forms and ensuring the profiles are created correctly. Process all default skill changes in Maximo.
10%- Work with planners and chevron representatives at your designated refinery to resolve work order issues. Reach out and follow up on service orders that need to be attached in Maximo. Request planners to release work order numbers for time to be charged against. Counsel vendors on work order issues and duplicate allocations in Track.
10%- Pull service entry reports and send to vendors once a week. Research any discrepancies in hours paying out incorrectly or missing from Maximo. Report findings to the Team Lead so issues can be resolved.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $ 28.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Please Note:
Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
