This opportunity is on-site and is located at 22777 Springwoods Village PKWY Spring, TX 77389

Solves organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and designing solutions. Conducts interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presents the results. Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions. Assists business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits, and risks of proposed projects. Facilitates change management efforts associated with project. May write and maintain user documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The CEDAR Project will be building a Management System (details emissions calculation requirements and methodologies), a data foundation (that will consolidate all emissions data across the Corporation in a single foundation on the cloud) and a digital solution (for automating the Corporate reporting process). This role needs to understand these processes and create the handover plan/tools/documentation for the transfer from the project to the Sustainment Organization. Role will (be):

• Responsible for building the sustainment organization that will exist post CEDAR project
• Responsible for interface management and understanding of data requirements (foundation, data collection, calculation) with organizations responsible for business use cases
• Engage with key customers, e.g., Businesses, Corporate Strategic Planning, Controllers, to understand needs and seek opportunities for alignment to leverage company scale and integration
• Champion the management of change and communications proactively
• Demonstrate the proven capability of delivering significant initiatives through to Operations acceptance
• Possess ability to influence and align stakeholders, particularly in the business lines
• Require strong communication skills
• Require ability to work cross-corporation, business lines, and functionally

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience or Bachelors degree in related field.

Requirements gathering, Visio, strong communication and presentation skills, process mapping, MS Office

Regulatory experience

Experience in Downstream Oil & Gas

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $80.00-$85.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
