The positions are for several new programs across multiple disciplines including Modeling & Simulations/ Algorithm/ Reliability/Safety/Requirements & Verification.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Support technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Principal Systems Engineer: Bachelor of Science with 3+ years of experience; 1 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.
Knowledge of Systems engineering principles and processes
Demonstrated experience quickly learning new concepts and approaches.
Preferred:
• Military Veteran with service as an Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Non Commissioned, Warrant, or Commissioned Officer
• Certified Military Instructor/Writer
• Successful completion of an assignment at the US Army ADA Center and School serving in a training related role
• Five or more years of experience operating/maintaining ADA systems; deployed experience is a plus
• Experience working with embedded training systems
Preferred:
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering languages (SysML/UML) and concepts.
Effectively communicate and present to project and program management, other technical managers and customers

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state-required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $45.00-52.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
