Candidate must live in the Troy, MI area. Will be required to work onsite at1891 Technology Dr, Mon -Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
IT Technician providing end user support for hardware and software. PC imaging, asset management, hardware/software troubleshooting, MSO365 & Teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate will be reimaging PCs for mass rollout. Will work directly with users to coordinate delivery, provide support, and troubleshoot various issues. Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure project objectives and target dates are met. Candidate must be proficient with Windows 10 & 11, MS O365, MS Teams & Zoom.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Familiarity with HP hardware and diagnosing laptop errors. Professional communications skills required to regularly interact with users both in person and virtually. • Required education - High School graduate, Professional Certifications are a plus • Required experience – 2 years in IT Support role
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $25.00-28.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Please Note:
Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
