Requisition Technician/Writer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process service and material requisitions daily into GSAP (Refining, Chemical & Projects)
- Process annual SPOs (Standing Purchase Order)
- Work closely with buyers to monitor and track requisitions through the purchase order process and assist with updating PR (Purchase Requisition) information when needed.
- Work with vendors on purchase order discrepancies including pricing, quantity, and verbiage updates.
- Provide information and training to site personnel concerning requisition entry.
- Support the turnaround group for turnarounds and various units for pit stops.
- Verify Outline Agreement (OA) is current when entering purchase requisitions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
2+ years experience in Oil & Gas Industry
2+ years experience in SAP/GSAP and SharePoint
Proficient in MS Suites
Active TWIC card
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $25 - $30 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Please Note:
Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
