Roles and Responsibilities:
Your Role
• Evaluate existing technology to support changes in business requirements.
• Establish and communicate procedures for proper utilization of digital and technical solutions
• Assist in onboarding, training, and supporting business team members with IT technical needs
• Understand how applications and technologies are utilized within the business.

• Software support
• PC Support / Help Desk
• Infrastructure security and hardware administration
• Information Technology, Cyber Security
• LAN/WAN Support
• Data analytics and reporting
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in IS/IT or related function
• 2 + Years of full time experience in a similar role
• PC support with strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Awareness of Cyber Security best practices
• Direct experience with server administration
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to relate well with all levels of the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management abilities
• Customer service focused
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams
• Provide after-hour technical support as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Preferred Skills:
• Industry recognized IT certifications
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile practices
• Experience with MS Power BI, Data Flows, Data Marts
• Experience with MS Power Automate
• Expertise with simple to complex SQL queries
This position may also be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services as needed:
• Application Programming
• Database Administration
• Engineering Systems
• Business Systems (ERP/MRP other)
Pay Range:
The salary range for this position is $68,000__ - $ 80,000__ per year; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
