Roles and Responsibilities:
The role will help provide an excellent candidate experience at our Testing Center located in Irwindale, CA and across multiple communication channels (email, phone, Teams, etc.). The job will also entail working occasionally at our Training Centers (Chino, Alhambra, Westminster, Tulare) to support our Lineman, Groundman and other physical testings.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Company is looking for someone that has some background in HR, is a quick learner, customer/candidate experience focused, understands confidentiality/privacy, and has a high aptitude/desire for technology. This is a temporary/contract role with great exposure and opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team. Specifically looking for folks with high aptitude to learn technology, professional, customer center focused, and very adaptable. Also, communication skills are very important. 0-5 years of experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Preferred Skills:
Prefer someone that is local to the area (San Gabriel Valley) and able to commute to Chino, Alhambra, Westminster, Tulare. We are looking for someone who is looking for long term contract. Bachelor's degree.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $ 16.00 - $23.00__ per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
