This opportunity is on-site and is located at 22777 Springwoods Village PKWY Spring, TX 77389

Assignment will be setup on a US based Standard Assignment and then a Rotational Offshore Installation Assignment. Contractor will have two hourly assignments at all times. Standard Assignment will be on a 5 day work schedule while the Offshore Installation will be on a 12 hour per day rotational schedule.

MAIN FUNCTIONS
Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the project's goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the Project Team and other Company functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• In addition to Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3 will:
• Define installation sequence; All engineering associated with loadout and installation activities.
• Prepare installation method statements, procedures and analyses.
• Design and specify installation aids, initiation/termination rigging etc.;
• Specify and source equipment in consultation with the equipment group.
• Design and engineer vessel/equipment modifications for Projects or improvements, support installation of this equipment.
• Provide input to support project risk assessments.
• Maintain an interface role between the Project Team and the Installation Engineering department.
• Responsible for technical installation operations, subcontractor interface and temporary works related to the timeliness and budget of the project
.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in offshore installation support of oil and gas industry
• BS/MS in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related degree
• Willing to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide functional support
• Previous construction site experience
• Management experience on major capital project
• Strong knowledge in design and industry analysis software.
• Strong knowledge in subsea engineering and equipment.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $100.00-$105.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

-Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

-Installation Engineering for pipelines and risers in deep water development experience is required.
