Description

Global Technology Test Scheduling & Invoice Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, arranging 3rd party laboratory test scheduling & invoicing the Contract Testing Services for Oronite globally. Responsibilities also include trouble shooting & rectifying errors for tests, and invoicing issues.

Position requires an individual who is flexible, organized, and a team player. Must possess great communication and customer service skills. Must be able to perform under pressure of time constraints, interface with global locations including Europe, Japan, Philippines China and Singapore. Must be able to multitask. This position is on a 9/80 work schedule.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling laboratory tests, as support function to Senior Test Scheduler.
• Monitors and resolves invoicing issues with internal support services team.
• Closely Liaisons with in house customers, external stakeholders and partners.
• Receives and handles stakeholders inquires and problem resolution.
• Coordinates with Transportation Specialist in securing optimal number of transports.
• Runs support reports, analyze data and establish Power BI dashboards.

• Ability to quickly learn new software, upgrades and procedures
• Ability to initiate process improvements.

• Effective interpersonal, customer service and teamwork skills dealing with internal and external customers
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Demonstrates a reliable work history.

• Must have the ability to work a rotating schedule that often includes 9/80 coverage for other team members, vacation and holidays and PM shift as needed.
Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ years of administrative and customer/stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledgeable Invoice and problem resolution management
• Logistics, Supply or QA/QC experience.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $ 25.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
