Roles and Responsibilities:
The activities include overseeing a portfolio of new and ongoing Grid Technology demonstration projects and programs, providing guidance to project managers will processes, tools, and standards, ensuring that all program-related compliance and regulatory requirements are properly adhered to, and providing resource management for project management support. The Program Manager will develop and implement a consistent project management approach that drives effective planning, tracking and reporting, innovation, customer satisfaction, alignment, prioritization, resource management, risk management, and compliance. This role will manage highly collaborative business relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders in alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in applicable profession Possesses ten or more years of project and/or program management experience Advanced project and/or program management skills with demonstrated experience with program planning and execution, delegating responsibilities in a matrixed organization, tracking project progress, and overseeing a portfolio of projects.
Demonstrated experience with Program and Portfolio Management
Preferred Skills:
PgMP, PfMP, PMP, Agile/Scrum Certification Electric Utility Experience strongly preferred Proficiency with project planning techniques and processes for planning and ideation Strong organization skills
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $45.00- $53.43 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
