Roles and Responsibilities:
The Quality Administrative Assistant position is a key supporting role within the Aerospace Division, which will support the Quality and Supply chain organization. They will liaise with sites procurement to process and validate supplier requests within Quality software; Qpulse. The Quality Administrative Assistant role shall have good knowledge of procurement and quality systems/tools (examples: QMS software, SAP, Net Inspect, Qpulse), enabling them to effectively support the processing of supplier requests, updates and maintenance. This role is US based with responsibility for providing administrative support to sites and divisional leadership. As well as interface with suppliers to provide updates and issue resolution.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities List
• Enter and process forms into computer system, verifies all information entered, interfaces with site buyers and external suppliers as needed.
• Quickly and accurately responds to internal and external requests.
• Acts as a liaison and expedites requests for new suppliers.
• Handles updates or changes for supplier records internally or externally and communicates the changes to the related internal departments or supplier.
• Maintains close communication with team to ensure all requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED Experience: 2 years of related experience in quality and/or procurement Excellent written, verbal, knowledge, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts. Woking knowledge of Microsoft PC software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, databases and presentations). Working Knowledge in quality software or ERP systems (e.g., Qpulse, SAP, Net Inspect or equivalent)
Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $22.37 to $34.06 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
